Courier Service - South Africa MAJOR CENTRES:
Our courier service to South African "MAJOR CENTRES" is a door to door service provided by our preferred courier, charged at R80.00 (Excl VAT) per order up to 10kg and R2.90 (Excl VAT) for each additional kilogram over 10kg. Delivery is to a street address in South Africa. Our courier cannot deliver to a PO Box. All deliveries require a signature on receipt. All items are delivered between Monday and Friday, usually between 8.00am and 5.00pm. Monday and Friday, usually between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
Courier Service MAJOR CENTRES:
Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Kimberly, Klerksdorp, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Port Elizabeth.
Courier Service - REGIONAL AREAS:
Our courier service to South African "REGIONAL AREAS" is a door to door service provided by our preferred courier, charged at R115.00 (Excl VAT) per order up to 10kg and R7.90 (Excl VAT) for each additional kilogram over 10kg. Delivery is to a street address in South Africa. Our courier cannot deliver to a PO Box. All deliveries require a signature on receipt. All items are delivered between Monday and Friday, usually between 8.00am and 5.00pm. Monday and Friday, usually between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
Courier Service REGIONAL AREAS are defined as: Addresses outside of MAJOR CENTRES. NB: A surcharge of R100 (Excl VAT) may apply for REMOTE Areas (Geographical extremities).
Post Office Counter to Counter:
The Post office counter to counter service is available for orders up to 15kg and is charged at R25.00 (Excl VAT) per order up to 1kg and R3.80 (Excl VAT) for each additional kilogram over 1kg. If selected you will be required to collect the item at the nearest Post Office. |  |
| Estimated delivery lead times are indicated for each product and can be:
3 To 5 Working Days : Orders received before 1.30pm are usually dispatched the same day. If we are temporarily out of stock or in the case of bulk orders, we may dispatch your order directly from our carefully selected suppliers.
10 To 14 Days : These are mostly heavy items such as safes and filing cabinets that are usually shipped directly from our suppliers, or orders requiring product customisation. We aim to deliver these items within two weeks from receipt of completed order. The delivery day will be booked in with you by phone for these items.

| Heavy Items: Unless otherwise indicated, Heavy Items will be dropped off at a ground floor location, where possible at your front door. The carrier will not be able to deliver the item via any stairs or via a lift. You will need to position the item yourself and remove the packing materials.
For certain Heavy Items the following delivery services may be available:
Ground Floor : Delivery is to your specified position on a ground floor inside your building. The carrier will not be able to deliver the item via any stairs or via a lift.
Via Lift: Delivery is to your specified position on any floor inside your building where the delivery route includes a lift. You will need to ensure the lift weight capacity is sufficient and the lift is large enough to accommodate the items ordered. The carrier will not be able to deliver the item via any stairs.
Via Stairs : Delivery is to your specified position on any floor inside your building where the delivery route includes stairs. The carrier will not be able to deliver the item via any spiral staircases. |
