Our products have the option to be Keyed Alike (a FREE service) or Master Keyed. When Keyed Alike, all locks are operated by the same key. Master Keyed or Grand Master keyed solutions allow a group of locks to operate with an individual key as well as a special key known as the Master Key. Look for the Key Service link on the product pages. Please note we need to re-pin or re-lever your locks to make a keyed alike set. For Keyed Alike sets you will receive ONE KEY PER LOCK and for Master Key solutions ONE MASTER KEY is provided per 6 padlocks or 12 cylinder locks.

Estimated delivery lead times are indicated for each product and can be:
3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS: Orders received before 1.30pm are usually dispatched the same day. If we are temporarily out of stock or in the case of bulk orders, we may dispatch your order directly from our carefully selected suppliers.
10 TO 14 DAYS: These are mostly heavy items such as safes and filing cabinets that are usually shipped directly from our suppliers, or orders requiring product customisation. We aim to deliver these items within two weeks from receipt of completed order. The delivery day will be booked in with you by phone for these items.
