The vest contains sufficient flotation material to float a person in an upright position. Buoyancy is not lost if the vest is penetrated by bullets or fragments. It is used by the Police, Coast Guard, Navy and Army. Available in sizes Small to Extra Large vests. Offers protection levels In accordance with the US National Institute of Justice (NIJ) Standard 0101.04. (June 2001).

OUTER: Rip-stop Nylon 6.6, abrasion resistant, oil, soil and water repellent,
INNER: Nylon/Cotton, with moisture management and anti microbial
Extensive upper body protection. Water resistant outer shell; with no inflatable cells. Flotation material SOLAS approved. Water resistant ballistic material encased in heat sealed PVC bag. Adjusted at the side and shoulder areas. Supplied with locator light and whistle; and built in rescue harness with handle on back. Leg straps, which provide extra attachment points. Vest buoyancy collar easily removable, making the collar a stand alone flotation aid. The vest will self right an unconscious person on to their back. 100 Newton flotation capacity.

IIA: Protects against 9mm FMJ and 40 S&W FMJ
II: Protects against 9mm FMJ and 357 Magnum JSP
IIIA: Protects against 9mm FMJ and 44 Magnum SJHP
