Due to the amount of deep discharge that batteries are subject to during load shedding, battery life and backup times cannot be guaranteed.

3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS: Orders received before 1.30pm are usually dispatched the same day. If we are temporarily out of stock or in the case of bulk orders, we may dispatch your order directly from our carefully selected suppliers.
10 TO 14 DAYS: These are mostly heavy items such as safes and filing cabinets that are usually shipped directly from our suppliers, or orders requiring product customisation. We aim to deliver these items within two weeks from receipt of completed order. The delivery day will be booked in with you by phone for these items.
