Most locks are supplied with 2 keys. Additional keys can be supplied when ordering your locks when the "Additional Keys" link is displayed on the product page. Keys cut to code are keys purchased without a lock.
Please note, additional keys may increase the delivery lead time of your order. Additional keys and keys cut to code are bespoke items which are not covered by our returns policy.
Estimated delivery lead times are indicated for each product and can be:
3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS: Orders received before 1.30pm are usually dispatched the same day. If we are temporarily out of stock or in the case of bulk orders, we may dispatch your order directly from our carefully selected suppliers.
10 TO 14 DAYS: These are mostly heavy items such as safes and filing cabinets that are usually shipped directly from our suppliers, or orders requiring product customisation. We aim to deliver these items within two weeks from receipt of completed order. The delivery day will be booked in with you by phone for these items.
