Q: When will my order be delivered? A: Smaller items are delivered to major cities & towns in South Africa within one to five working days from date of order. Larger items or items requiring customisation are delivered within ten to fourteen days. We do not offer a timed delivery service- our courier will deliver between 8:00am and 5.00pm on a working day within our quoted delivery lead times. Q: What if I'm out when the courier arrives? A: All orders require a signature on delivery. If nobody is at your delivery address when our courier arrives, a calling card will be left with your consignment number and the courier's local branch phone number. You will be able to phone the courier to arrange a date for a re-delivery.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: You will be given a choice of payment methods when you click the Checkout button from the Basket page. Your order will only be dispatched after we have received your payment:
1. Online with credit card: The fast, secure way to pay. Enter your credit card details on our secure server. Choosing this option will ensure your goods are dispatched as soon as possible.
2. Phone us with card details: Please complete the online checkout to get your order number before calling our toll free number.
3. Bank transfer / Direct deposit: Transfer payment into our account using internet or phone banking, or deposit payment directly into our bank account at any First National Bank. Our bank account details will be on your order confirmation at the end of the checkout. Please use your order number as your payment reference.
4. Post us a cheque: Please post cheques to our postal address shown on your order confirmation, and write your order number on the back of the cheque. Goods will only be dispatched when your cheque has cleared and our account has been credited - please adjust our displayed delivery lead times accordingly.

Q: Can I open an account? A: Yes. Registered businesses can apply for a 30 day credit account. Subject to credit approval, you will be given a user name and password allowing you to log in to our website. You will have the option of paying on account when you Checkout.

Q: Is your website secure? A: Yes. When you click the Checkout button from the basket page, you will be transferred to our secure server and see the "yellow padlock" on your browser status bar. This ensures your credit card and personal details are encrypted and only decrypted after they reach our computer.
